Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant who is proficient in both Arabic and English languages and has experience working with Odoo and Tally software. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review reconciliations prepared by junior staff.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare budget planning and forecasting, and prepare variance analyses

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

• Train and mentor junior accounting staff

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• English and Arabic are mandatory.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software in general specially Odoo and Tally as well as Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
